Stun Guns and Tasers™
Stun Guns and Tasers™ are defined in statute as “dangerous weapons.” You are required to have a valid concealed weapon license if you carry a stun gun or Taser™ concealed (e.g. in a purse or bag, under clothing, under the vehicle seat or in the vehicle’s glove box).

Please refer to the instructions for obtaining a Class 2 license. Carrying a concealed dangerous weapon without a valid license is a criminal offense.
